1. Indandatho ye-alumina ceramic ixutywe ukusuka kwi-99.8% yomgubo kunye nokucocwa okuchanekileyo ukuya kwi-ID/OD yokugqibela kunye nokuba tyaba.

2. Isiseko sesinyithi senziwe ngomatshini we-CNC onemingxuma yokuxhoma, ii-counterbores, okanye iindlela eziphambili.

3. Indandatho yeseramikhi ibotshelelwe kwisiseko sesinyithi kusetyenziswa i-epoxy enamandla aphezulu (iqondo lobushushu lenkonzo ≤200°C) okanye ibotshelelwe ngoomatshini (ivumela ubushushu obuphezulu, ukuya kuthi ga kwi-500°C ukuba usebenzisa ii-shims zesinyithi).

4. Ukudityaniswa kokugqibela komphezulu weseramikhi ukuze kufunyanwe ukuthamba okufunekayo kunye nokugqitywa komphezulu.
